Your Guests:
If someone is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand that all guests must remain in the waiting area so that our staff can focus on you. All children must be attended to for safety reasons.
Appointments/ Cancellations
All appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and missed appointments without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call the salon on 407 839 8488. We cannot accept email cancellations due to unguaranteed deliveries.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late. Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we can better accommodate you.
Product Home Care
Continued results are achieved through the daily use of professional products at home. Your hairdresser will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your investment between visits.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities.
