If some one is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand tha all guests must remain in the waiting area so that our staff can focus on you. All children must be attended too for safety reasons.
All appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and missed appointments without a minimum of forty eight (48) hours notice.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call the salon on 407 839 8488. We cannot accept email cancellations due to unguaranteed deliveries.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late. Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we can better accomodate you.
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities.
Product Home Care
Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your hairdresser will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your investment between visits.
We do not exchange or return products due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. All sales are final. It is the client's responsibility to register all electrical appliances purchased.
Out of respect for all guests and staff, Alexander Hairdressing requests that you please turn your cell phone ringer off when entering the building.
Gratuity is customary for good service and is always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card and are only accepted in cash.
