History
In 1986, owner Debbie Lobban started her apprenticeship in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, Scotland. Edinburgh a City of Culture, History, Fashion and Diversity. This consisted of three years training then continued with two more years of improving to complete five full years of training.
Since then she has traveled to Europe, Asia and America practicing her profession and educating like minded people. With a strong background for International education and travel she has brought cultural experiences and talent to Orlando, Florida.
In 1997 she came to Orlando FL. Bringing with her 20 years of British Hairdressing skills. She continues to Educate and travels the globe as an Artistic Director with British Hairdressing company Toni & Guy.
Debbie has also worked on music celebrities such as LFO, Sevendust along with many other high profile individuals.
In 2004 she launched Alexander Hairdressing, creating a team of talented hairdressers and bringing British Hairdressing to Orlando Florida therefore helping to upgrade the hairdressing industry in Orlando, Florida.
Philosophy
We have the firm belief that in creating a hairstyle consideration should be placed on adaptability and suitability, “personalizing” each look to the individual’s facial features, hair type and lifestyle.
The creation of a complete look is important. We firmly believe that a hairstyle should be effortless, wearable and a totally flattering look that is adaptable to the personal image and style statement of the individual.
Mission Statement
At Alexander Hairdressing we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client. We do this through providing outstanding customer service and high levels of progressive, ongoing education. Customer service is necessary to make a client feel welcome and relaxed. Education is essential in delivering the desired look that a client wants to achieve.
